There is something incredibly unsettling about Returnal, and with the track entitled “The Forest”, the music encapsulates that unsettling vibe. The background music alone whilst playing gives the player not only a creepy atmosphere, but also a curious mind. There’s a push and pull with Returnal, and Bobby Krlic has done a tremendous job capturing this with the soundtrack to this fine game.
